Jonathan was invited by the prestigious Arts Across Borders/ Frielfest at Derry. Jonathan directed a "spine tingling" (The Guardian, 5 Star review) site specific production at the Guldhall, where the play is set, to standing ovations every night.

The opera "Greek" is a contemporary retelling of the Oedipus myth based on the Berkoff play composed by Mark Anthony Turnage with text adapted by the composer and Moore which Jonathan directed in it's world premiere at Munich and ENO.
